Located in one of the most vulnerable neighborhoods in the Outaouais, an area severely affected by flooding caused by climate change, we know that action is urgent. It’s time to strengthen our communities and act where the needs are greatest, right now.
Our commitment: We donate $100 per notarized transaction to the Fund, which supports prevention efforts, provides assistance to residents during natural disasters, and contributes to carbon neutrality through tree planting. But we can do even more…

Supporting the resilience of Outaouais residents
In addition, every year our team supports social causes that strengthen the well-being and resilience of families, such as Noël à Cogeco and Easter Seals.
Finally, through targeted actions focused on education, we provide our clients with tools to help reduce their carbon footprint.
A serious and measurable commitment
We adhere to the Good4.Global (G4G) 4P Method to implement our commitments and sustainability action plan. Progress on our commitments is made public through our member profile within the G4G online directory and community hub. Our action plan is subject to periodic audits as part of G4G’s quality assurance program, which aims to validate the authenticity of our statements and progress on our commitments.
