For more than 35 years, Roch St-Jacques has been helping home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout the Outaouais region, including Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Chelsea, Cantley, Val-des-Monts, Buckingham, and the surrounding communities. As a residential real estate broker with Century 21, he is recognized for his market expertise, integrity, and ability to guide clients toward informed real estate decisions.
Throughout his career, Roch has established himself as a respected leader in Quebec’s real estate industry. He served as President of the Outaouais Real Estate Board from 2022 to 2026, currently serves as Director of Training for Century 21 Quebec, delivers OACIQ-accredited training programs for real estate brokers, and regularly shares his expertise as a real estate radio columnist on 104.7 FM. His extensive field experience, combined with his role as an educator, enables him to provide strategic, practical, and up-to-date insight into today’s real estate market.
Widely recognized for his expertise in condominiums and condominium ownership, Roch has also served as Vice-President of the Outaouais Chapter of the Quebec Association of Condominium Managers and Owners (RGCQ) since February 2025. He actively promotes responsible condominium management, board education, and sound governance practices. For more than a decade, he has also served as President of the Board of Directors of the Domaine de la Gappe 505 Condominium Corporation, giving him in-depth knowledge of condominium ownership, governance, and property management.
